WELCOME DISCOUNT
- Not valid during Black Friday Sale period.
- All full priced items (includes in stock and Preorder) available online at www.petitbarcelona.com are eligible to be purchased with the Welcome discount.
- 10% discount code is provided via email only to those who subscribe to the Petit Barcelona subscriber list.
- This code can only be used once per customer.
- It can be used at any point of the lifetime of the customer, but only once.
- It cannot be used with any other promotional codes (birthday, sale or teachers codes for example).
- It cannot be used on final sale or promotional sale stock.
- Normal return and exchange eligibility rules applies.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Petit Barcelona's Returns Policy generously allows you to make a change to your order within 14 days of receiving your order. During the month of November and December our returns policy extends to 30 days to cover the Christmas period.
Items must be returned in original condition, not have been worn, stretched or altered (without imprints or soiled soles) and have their original cardboard inserts, calico bag or shoe box and Made in Menorca Government authenticity tag.
Full-price items can be returned for a refund, exchange or online store credit. Online store credit is valid for 3 years.
Sale items including Black Friday Sale orders are not refundable. They can be returned for an exchange for another style, size or colour or for an online store credit (3 year expiry).
Final sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless faulty. This is clearly written on the product page where these items are on final sale not being restocked.
Please note that our leather is very delicate so please take care when trying on your shoes. If worn for a considerable amount of time, the leather will stretch to your foot shape and the footbed will bare the imprints of your feet. If marked or stretched, we will not be able to resell the shoe and therefore it will not qualify for a return. If this is the case, we will send you a photo of the shoes upon arrival to the warehouse and discuss steps further with you.
When you receive your shoes if you realise they are too small, please do not attempt to try the shoes on as this will ultimately stretch the leather and we will not be able to accept them as a return.
If you receive your shoes and they are marked upon arrival, please take a photo and email to us at petitbarcelonastore@gmail.com as soon as you receive your product. Otherwise we are unable to approve the refund if shoes are returned soiled.
REFUND
We are an Australian company and therefore returns must be directed to our warehouse in Australia. Please email us at hola@petitbarcelona.com with the following information please:
- Order Number # or Email address used to purchase the order
- Shoe style, colour and size wanting to refund
- Reason for refund
In normal business, we will respond within 2 business days as to the eligibility of your refund request and the address to send your shoes back to. During Sales periods we will respond within 3-4 business days.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning your order to us to our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.
The original and return shipping costs, duties and taxes are not refundable unless an item is found to be faulty.
EXCHANGES
We are an Australian company and therefore returns for an exchange must be directed to our warehouse in Australia.
Please contact us via email at hola@petitbarcelona.com with the following information please:
- Order Number # or email address used to purchase the order
- Shoe style, colour and size wanting to exchange
- Reason for exchange
- Photo's of your feet in the shoes at various angles (if you would like help with sizing and fit) before chosing another style or size.
Our process for exchanges is as follows:
1. Contact us via email with the information as above
2. We will send you the Returns information and address
3. We will place on hold your exchanged pair, with a new order number, and deliver them to you when your original order is returned and received at our Brisbane warehouse.
If you would like to talk through your exchange options please email our team at hola@petitbarcelona.com as we are happy to help you find the best fit. It is helpful for our team to see photo's of you in the shoes at various angles so that we can best understand how your shoes sit on your feet. This allows us to better advise on the best fit for you.
We will respond within 2 business days (or 3-4 days during Black Friday Sale period) as to the eligibility of your exchange request and the address to send your shoes back to.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning your order to us to our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.
Petit Barcelona will send your exchange pair out complimentary.
If you are outside Australia and wish to EXCHANGE your item, please contact us and we will discuss return shipping options with you.
No. Our Brisbane warehouse is on private property so unfortunately aren't able to have customers return items. All returns are sent to our PO Box which is managed by Australia Post.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your items arrived damaged, within 3 days of receiving the items, please contact us with the following information:
- Order Number # or Email address used to purchase the order
- Shoe style, colour and size
- Photo's of the shoes and explanation of issue.
We will respond within 2 business days as to the eligibility of your faulty/ damaged item request and a solution.
If your shoes have incurred a manufacturing fault within the first 3 months after the date you received the shoes, please contact us via email at petitbarcelonastore@gmail.com with the following information please:
- Order Number # or Email address used to purchase the order
- Shoe style, colour and size
- Photo's of the shoes and explanation of issue.
We will respond within 2 business days as to the eligibility of your faulty/ damaged item request and a solution.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you have placed an order that you would like to cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order for us to stop the shipping process. We will do our best to cancel the order before it has been shipped.
During Sale periods, orders with items that are in-stock are not able to be cancelled once placed.
Once you receive the items you will need to follow the return instructions above for a refund.
